Responsibilities

organization of theoretical and practical classes for cadets according to the curriculum
checking the technical condition of the UAV, route planning, assessment of weather conditions, ensuring flight safety
support of cadets during flights, assessment of their skills, testing and feedback
creation and updating of tutorials, instructions, mission scenarios
equipment serviceability control, flight results analysis, error detection
interaction with technicians, operators, commanders to ensure an effective learning process

practical experience in operating different types of drones (multirotor, FPV, aircraft type), preferably in combat or training conditions
ability to teach, explain complex technical things in an accessible language, conduct theoretical and practical classes
understanding of the design of UAVs, the principles of their operation, tactics of use in EW, REP, artillery adjustment
the ability to create manuals, instructions, training scenarios, adapt programs to different levels of training
readiness to work in the field, make decisions in non-standard situations, be responsible for the safety of cadets

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
