Responsibilities

organizing and conducting practical and theoretical classes for personnel in accordance with the BZVP program
organization and conduct of training shootings in accordance with the "Course of shooting from small arms and combat vehicles" and the requirements of BZVP
control over the level of combined arms skills of personnel and maintaining the necessary reporting
carrying out measures for adaptation and consolidation of the acquired skills of personnel after the completion of the BZVP

experience in combat operations from 6 months
availability of basic, sergeant and professional training
availability of basic instructor training will be an advantage
confident possession of standard weapons
knowledge of modern tactics in warfare will be an advantage
the ability to explain the material clearly, structuredly and clearly, demonstrate exercises by example and keep discipline
experience in organizing and coordinating the educational process will be an advantage
high level of motivation and constant desire to learn and develop
PC knowledge at the level of a confident user will be an advantage
readiness to work in the combat zone
complete refusal to use alcohol and drugs while on duty
absence of convictions

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel through the Army+
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from 24 000 UAH + additional payments from 10 000 to 30 000 UAH depending on professional training and area of tasks
