Responsibilities

conducting training sessions on tactical, fire, engineering training, theoretical lectures and practical shooting
continuous improvement of their special and methodological skills
support of the fixed educational and material base and training places in constant readiness for classes
study and implementation of best practices in conducting classes, making proposals for improving the forms and methods of teaching and material and technical base
compliance with security measures during exercises
assessment of results and recommendations for improving training

experience in military service or participation in hostilities
practical skills in the specialty (shooting, tactics, medicine, engineering, etc.)
desire to teach and communicate information clearly
responsibility, discipline, leadership qualities
availability of professional training of sergeants or instructor certificate will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
