Responsibilities

effective and safe use of various types of grenade launchers in accordance with tactical tasks
providing fire support to the unit to achieve maximum efficiency
compliance with safety rules and effective possession of equipment for safe maintenance and use of grenade launchers
improvement of weapon handling skills
study of foreign analogues of weapons
observance of military discipline, execution of combat orders
training and training of other members of the fire support company
maintenance and repair of grenade launchers

Requirements

position of rank and file
priority age from 18 to 45 years
readiness to work in the area of active hostilities
ability to work in a team and follow instructions
high responsibility, ability to make decisions in stressful situations
excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
ability to work in conditions of high physical and psychological load
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
Desire to dedicate yourself to service in the army

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
