The Grenade Launcher

Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
ensuring accurate and effective firing from a grenade launcher
destruction of detected targets at the command of the squad commander or independently
support of other military units in combat operations
ensuring the effective and safe use of grenade launchers
regular maintenance and maintenance of the grenade launcher
assessment of the distance to the target and performing a quick sight correction

secondary education, preferably of a military profile or with experience in working with tactical weapons
fitness for service for health and moral qualities
good physical shape and endurance
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
having combat experience will be an advantage
Motivation to destroy the enemy
refusal to use alcohol and psychotropic substances

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
the status of a participant in hostilities
free medical care
