Responsibilities
- performance or assistance in the performance of combat missions by the unit
- readiness to work directly in the zone of active hostilities
- knowledge of platoon/company tasks, commander's decisions and the order of their implementation
- verification of the fulfillment by the personnel of the platoon / company of the given orders and instructions of the commander
- conducting classes, trainings and combat coordination events of a platoon/company
- ensuring a high level of motivation and stress resistance among personnel
Requirements
- good physical fitness and moral stability
- Ability to manage people and resolve conflicts
- Responsibility and Discipline
- fitness for service for health reasons
- Absence of criminal record
- excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- knowledge of military tactics and strategy will be an advantage
- experience in military service will be an advantage
