Responsibilities
- providing the company commander with information and proposals on the military service of the company's personnel
- participation in planning, organizing and conducting activities for combat and professional training of company personnel
- coordination of the sergeants of the company, control over the observance of military discipline by servicemen of private and non-commissioned officers
Requirements
- readiness to work directly in the zone of active hostilities
- high military discipline and responsibility
- ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations
- ability to work with computer equipment
- skills of keeping records of material and technical resources of the company
- Military service experience is desirable
- good physical preparation
