Responsibilities

maintaining personnel and equipment in constant combat readiness
training and training of military personnel
participation in the development and implementation of strategies and tactics
control of platoon combat operations in various scenarios, ensuring the execution of tasks, monitoring the development of the situation and making operational decisions
management, training, distribution of tasks, motivation and education of personnel
monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform tasks
providing assistance and support during tasks, solving problem situations, motivation and support of fighters in difficult conditions
planning and conducting training activities for training personnel to perform tasks in various conditions, including training on military equipment, intelligence and tactics
maintaining a high level of professional knowledge, skills and abilities, work on their improvement
organization of military exercises and trainings in the unit

Requirements

suitability for military service
ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
knowledge of safety procedures and rules when working with fire weapons
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
guaranteed annual basic leave for 30 days
free treatment and financial compensation for injuries resulting from participation in hostilities
