Responsibilities

management of the interceptor department (allocation of shifts, organization of positions)
airspace monitoring (work with spectrum analyzers and warning systems)
decision to hit the target and coordinate the actions of pilots in the air
organization of interaction with electronic warfare and classical air defense
control of the technical condition of the fleet of interceptor drones
recording the results of the shooting (video control) for registration of bonuses to personnel

leadership qualities and discipline
understanding of the principles of aerodynamics, radio communication and operation of FPV systems
ability to read the air situation and make decisions quickly
experience with UAVs or in air defense forces will be an advantage
Technical Mindset

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation + bonuses for shooting down enemy UAVs
