Responsibilities

full control, accounting, analysis and coordination of the use of all unmanned systems of the battalion
confident management and control of processes in Delta and Mission Control systems
implementation of new technological solutions, approaches and innovations to improve the efficiency of the unit
management of subordinate personnel, coordination of crews and maintenance of high combat readiness of equipment

senior sergeant (or sergeants with growth prospects)
experience in piloting UAVs and a deep understanding of the flight system (principles of operation, communication, configuration
ambition, initiative, desire for digitalization and systematic improvement of processes
ability to quickly master new software and work with geographic information systems
experience with Delta/Mission Control software will be an advantage
technical skills in UAV/FPV maintenance or repair will be an advantage
experience in swarm management, coordination or administration of aerial reconnaissance/UAV units will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the opportunity to realize their own ambitions and influence the technological development of the battalion
