Chief Sergeant of the reconnaissance platoon

Responsibilities

direct leadership of sergeants and privates of the reconnaissance platoon, maintenance of military discipline and high moral and psychological state
organization of combat training, training and coordination of the unit (intelligence tactics, fire training, topography, tactical medicine)
planning and direct participation in the performance of intelligence and special tasks in the area of responsibility
assistance to the platoon commander in the management of the unit, organization of life, accommodation and logistics of fighters

combat experience as part of reconnaissance, airborne assault or infantry units (experience of command of a unit or platoon is a mandatory / significant advantage)
military rank of sergeant (senior sergeant, chief sergeant or readiness for assignment)
high level of authority, developed leadership qualities and ability to lead personnel in critical situations
perfect knowledge of tactics of intelligence units, orientation on the ground, work with means of communication and principles of TCCC

official mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security up to UAH 270,000
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
