Responsibilities

organization and control of the daily activities of the personnel of the strike UAV company
ensuring military discipline, order and internal control
participation in the preparation and training of sergeants and privates
coordination of the work of UAV crews during exercises and tasks
interaction with the company commander and other units
participation in the planning and organization of combat training
control of provision, accounting and preservation of the unit's property

sergeant rank and experience of service in sergeant positions
experience in UAV units will be an advantage
experience in working with personnel
understanding of the principles of UAV application
leadership qualities, ability to work with personnel
discipline, responsibility, stress resistance
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from UAH 51,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on service conditions, position and tasks performed
provision of uniform, food and personal protective equipment
full social package of the serviceman
annual basic leave of 30 calendar days
service in a high-tech combat unit
command support and clearly defined responsibilities
one-time payment of UAH 25,000 upon signing the first contract
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15,000,000
support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
