Requirements

the ability to effectively manage subordinates, make quick and informed decisions in combat conditions
knowledge of the technical characteristics of weapons and equipment, the ability to use it effectively and organize maintenance
endurance, ability to work in extreme conditions and under stress
ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, other units and command

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
training and service under the guidance of trained and experienced commanders
full support of the candidate from the decision to mobilize before entering the unit
