Responsibilities

organization of daily activities of the repair company
coordination of the work of the sergeant staff and the personnel of the company
control of military discipline and internal order
control of the performance of tasks for maintenance and repair of equipment
participation in the organization of providing personnel with the necessary materials and equipment
interaction with the company commander, sergeants and technical services
participation in the distribution of tasks among military personnel
promoting professional development and improving the level of training of personnel
maintaining the proper moral and psychological state of military personnel

sergeant military rank
experience in military service and work with personnel is mandatory
experience in service in repair, technical or automotive departments will be an advantage
knowledge of the basics of maintenance and repair of military and automotive equipment
experience in performing duties in sergeant positions will be an advantage
skills in working with service and technical documentation
readiness to work under high load conditions
readiness for military and special training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission

stable financial support from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
providing the necessary equipment, machinery, repair equipment, tools and military property
the opportunity to undergo specialized technical, military and special training
the possibility of professional training and advanced training in the technical direction
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
one-time payment at the first conclusion of the contract 25 000 UAH

support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
