Responsibilities

organization of daily activities of a motorized infantry company
coordination of the work of sergeants
control of military discipline and internal order
organization and control of military and special training of personnel
control of the proper condition of weapons, equipment, equipment and military property
participation in the organization of providing personnel with the necessary property
assistance to commanders in maintaining the proper level of training of servicemen
participation in the distribution of tasks among military personnel
interaction with the company commander, sergeants and other services
maintaining the proper moral and psychological state of personnel

sergeant military rank
experience in military service and work with personnel is mandatory
experience in performing duties in sergeant positions will be an advantage
experience in motorized infantry or mechanized units will be an advantage
knowledge of the requirements of military regulations and the procedure for organizing the service
ability to organize the work of personnel
readiness to work under high load conditions
readiness for contract service or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

stable financial support from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of certain tasks)
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
providing the necessary weapons, equipment, means of communication and military property
opportunity to undergo military and special training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
one-time payment at the first conclusion of the contract from 27,000 to 33,000 hryvnias, depending on the military rank
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15,000,000
support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
