Requirements
- presence of a sergeant rank.
- experience in the positions of squad/mortar commander and participation in hostilities will be an advantage
- knowledge of combat tactics and mortar design, ability to train personnel
- high communication skills
- ability to make quick and informed decisions in stressful situations
- fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
