- maintaining stable communication with the platoon commander
- conducting classes and training with personnel
- ensuring and maintaining internal order and discipline in the unit
- organization of work, training and combat capability of the platoon
Requirements
- ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment
- Responsibility and Discipline
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- Ability to make quick decisions
- desire to learn and improve their military skills
- availability of the rank of sergeant
