Responsibilities
- management, training, distribution of tasks, motivation and education of personnel
- maintaining personnel and equipment in constant combat readiness
- compliance with the requirements and norms of military discipline
- organization of military exercises and trainings in the unit
- support combat readiness and unit security
Requirements
- knowledge of tactics in various types of combat, main types of weapons and military equipment
- ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- knowledge of safety procedures and rules when working with fire weapons

- Responsibility and Discipline
- having combat experience will be an advantage
- experience in military service will be an advantage
