Responsibilities
- the Sergeant Corps
- maintaining personnel and equipment in constant combat readiness
- management, training, distribution of tasks, motivation and education of personnel
- control of platoon combat operations in various scenarios, ensuring the execution of tasks, monitoring the development of the situation and making operational decisions
- participation in the development and implementation of strategies and tactics
- ensuring the effective operation of the unit
Requirements
- suitability for military service
- ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- knowledge of safety procedures and rules when working with fire weapons
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- responsibility and discipline
- the Leadership Quality
- experience in military service will be an advantage
