Responsibilities

verification, documentation and reflection in the accounting registers of non-current assets, material stocks, military property of special purpose, intangible assets
formation and verification of invoices, acts and other primary documents for acceptance, transfer and write-off of material resources
maintenance of turnover records and other accounting registers of material assets
keeping separate records of material values received free of charge in the form of charitable assistance from legal entities and individuals
control over the availability and preservation of material assets, participation in inventory and reconciliation of inventory information with accounting data
ensuring the storage of cases and documents in their field of activity during the period established by regulatory legal acts

higher education in "Accounting and Auditing", "Finance" or related specialties will be an advantage
experience in financial departments of budgetary institutions or accounting of commercial enterprises from 3 years will be an advantage
knowledge of internal control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information
experience in using accounting programs used in Ukrainian budget institutions will be an advantage
skills in working with electronic document management and document archiving systems
confident knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting and budgeting

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander of the unit
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of service for candidates with the status of MFR after passing all the procedures provided for by law
cash allowance from UAH 50,000, depending on the task and place of service
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation
