Responsibilities
- development of cooperation plans with Ukrainian and foreign businesses
- generation of ideas, strategies and sources of partner involvement
- negotiations with potential donors from Ukraine and abroad
- liaising with existing donors and partners, developing long-term partnerships
- interaction with local governments
- maintaining a database of partner contacts in the CRM system
- making calls and writing letters
- organization of events, actions and initiatives with partners
- coordination of cooperation from search to reporting
- conducting crowdfunding campaigns
- preparation of letters, presentations, proposals and reports
Requirements
- higher education degree
- at least 3 years of experience in sales or fundraising
- high communication skills and negotiation skills
- ability to write letters and speak competently
- analytical and organizational skills
- responsibility, initiative and attention to detail
- level of English sufficient for free communication if necessary
- driver's license category B and driving experience from 1 year
- mandatory presence of the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission on fitness for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
