Responsibilities

installation and configuration of equipment: installation and calibration of 3D printers
maintenance, regular diagnostics and fault prevention
repair and troubleshooting of equipment
cleaning of extruders, platforms, replacement of worn parts (nozzles, belts, bearings, filters)
analysis of printed models for defects, adjustment of printing parameters to achieve optimal quality
consultation of operators on the correct operation of printers, maintenance log

skills in setting up and maintaining various types of 3D printers
knowledge of FDM, SLA, SLS and other 3D printing methods
the ability to select suitable materials for specific tasks, taking into account their physical and mechanical properties and the ability to adjust printing parameters to ensure high quality and accuracy of manufactured parts
experience in grinding, painting, assembling and other methods of processing printed parts to achieve the necessary characteristics and aesthetic appearance
ability to create simple 3D models of structural elements using CAD programs
experience in servicing mechanical components: guides, extruders, engines
basic skills in working with electronics (soldering, replacement of elements, diagnostics)
ability to work with G-code, firmware (Marlin, Klipper, etc.)
knowledge of English for reading technical documentation, instructions
consistency, accuracy, analytical thinking

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
