Responsibilities

full support of the candidate throughout the selection process - from the first contact to enrollment in the unit
registration and maintenance of personnel documentation: questionnaires, personal files, reporting
participation in career guidance and recruiting events: field presentations, career fairs, meetings with young people, cooperation with communities and educational institutions
preparation and execution of documents for approval by management
monitoring the relevance of posted vacancies and information support of the recruiting process
development and updating of job descriptions in accordance with current needs
conducting interviews and tests to assess the personal and professional qualities of candidates
organization and control of candidates' passage of all stages of selection, including medical examination, physical fitness assessment and psychological testing
support of candidates at the stages of registration of mobilization, conclusion of a contract or transfer
systematization and document management within the framework of recruiting activities
formation, verification, accounting and storage of personal files of candidates

confident PC user: MS Word, Excel, Google Docs
Ability to interact clearly and effectively with people
general awareness of regulatory documents, charters and instructions for office work in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
willingness to work in a team and meet deadlines
awareness of the importance of confidentiality and a responsible attitude towards a common goal
previous experience of military service will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
