Responsibilities

clear description of detected errors and user incidents
performing test cases during acceptance testing
communication with users and collection of primary information about the operation of systems
providing medical care to military personnel

more than 1 year of experience in IT projects or user support
understanding of the principles of operation and life cycle of IT products
understanding of the principles of working with the product queue of tasks and the queue of tasks
basic understanding of the stages of software development and updating (development life cycle)
basic skills in Jira and Confluence will be an advantage
ability to quickly and effectively provide assistance to the wounded

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
