Responsibilities
- providing technical support to users (1 and 2 support lines)
- analysis and resolution of requests and appeals
- monitoring of systems and services
- Interaction with internal teams to escalate complex problems
- documenting typical queries and solutions in the knowledge base
- participation in testing and implementing updates or new products
- collection and analysis of user wishes
Requirements
- confident use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows
- experience in technical / service support (L1 and L2)
- basic understanding of the principles of computer networks, OS Windows / Linux, basic services
- skills in diagnosing technical problems
- ability to communicate with non-technical users
- desire to learn and develop in a technical direction
- desirable expertise in certain areas of military affairs (personnel department or combat unit)
- experience with CRM and Helpdesk systems is desirable
