Responsibilities
- maintenance of official documentation and record keeping of the unit
- preparation, execution and support of documents for public procurement
- accounting of purchases, archiving and systematization of documents
- interaction with suppliers, logistics and financial services
- work with spreadsheets, registries and service databases
Requirements
- higher or secondary special education (education in the fields of economics, law, management, public administration, accounting and auditing will be an advantage)
- experience with documentation or procurement will be an advantage
- knowledge of the principles of public procurement or experience with Prozorro is desirable
- confident PC user: MS Word, Excel, Google Docs
