Event Manager

Responsibilities

organization and coordination of internal and external events of the regiment (presentations, meetings, cultural and educational events)
search for events of third-party organizers
presentation of the unit at forums, festivals, sports events (memory marathons), etc.
event logistics planning: venue, technical support, communication with contractors
development of event concepts and scenarios
interaction with command and personnel to coordinate programs
ensuring effective communication and a positive image of the regiment during events

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
social guarantees and security in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
the possibility of professional development and implementation of their own ideas in the field of organizing events
the opportunity to implement large-scale projects
work in a team with a high level of motivation
participation in the formation of modern culture and traditions of the military unit
access to partner resources for advanced training
