Responsibilities

planning and organization of events of various formats
coordination of preparation of locations, participants, materials and technical support
formation of timing and organizational plans of events
communication with participants, partners and involved specialists
coordination of the team during the events
preparation of information and presentation materials
solving organizational issues during the events
maintaining the necessary documentation and reporting
analysis of the results of the activities and preparation of proposals for their improvement

experience in organizing events will be an advantage
skills to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
developed communication skills
organization, responsibility and attention to detail
ability to respond quickly to changes and resolve organizational issues
confident use of PC and office applications
readiness for military and special training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission

stable financial support from UAH 30,000 to 70,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of certain tasks)
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
providing the necessary equipment, equipment and working materials
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
one-time payment at the first conclusion of the contract from 27,000 to 33,000 hryvnias, depending on the military rank
