Responsibilities

accounting, registration and control over the passage of incoming, outgoing and internal documents of the service
systematization, accounting of claims, procedural documents and materials of official investigations
monitoring compliance with the terms of consideration of reports, lawyer's requests, citizens' appeals and execution of orders
initial drafting of official letters, requests, responses and memos at the direction of the legal adviser
formation of legal cases, ensuring their reliable preservation and preparation for transfer to the archive of part

higher, incomplete higher or secondary specialized (legal education, jurisprudence or document science will be an advantage)
confident PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs
high level of self-organization, attention to detail, punctuality, ability to work in stressful conditions
responsibility and discipline

official mobilization or contract service before demobilization is announced
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
full support of the candidate from the first call to registration in the part to the selected unit
provision of modern machinery, equipment, means of protection
cash allowance according to combat tasks (up to UAH 50,000)
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
