Responsibilities

acceptance, registration and systematization of acts on the technical condition of property and other documents that are the basis for writing off
preparation of a full package of documentation for submission to the write-off commission (acts, conclusions, orders, calculations)
accounting and control over the passage of write-off documents in all instances
providing advisory support to units on the correct execution of documents for writing off
formation of reports on written-off property and entering data into the relevant registers
ensuring confidentiality and proper storage of the archive of write-off documents

experience with logistics, accounting, financial or legal documentation, write-off of property (especially technical or military) will be a significant advantage
in-depth knowledge of document management rules, confident mastery of MS Office, ability to work with reporting
high responsibility, legal literacy, scrupulousness, ability to defend a documentary position
complete secondary or higher education

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security from 20,000 + additional payments up to 30,000 hryvnia, depending on the conditions of service
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
annual paid leave of 30 days + additional leave for family or treatment
opportunities for professional development, training, courses, including foreign programs
competent command, clear performance of official duties
support during the passage of RTCC, VLC and during training
permanent residence in the location of the unit
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
