Responsibilities

receipt, verification, incoming and outgoing registration of documents, orders, combat orders and logs
maintenance of cards and books of accounting of material carriers of information in accordance with instructions
control over compliance with the rules of internal order in sensitive areas, restriction of access of unauthorized persons to documents
preparation of secret cases for archival storage, as well as participation in the procedures of commission destruction of documents and carriers that have lost their validity
preparation and packaging of correspondence for further transmission

age from 18 years
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
no criminal records and ties with the aggressor country
higher or secondary specialized education (legal education or in the field of IT will be preferable)
confident possession of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment
pedantry, attention to detail, discipline, emotional stability
literacy, knowledge of basic business Ukrainian language
readiness to learn

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active servicemen from other military units
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security from UAH 50,000 + additional cash remuneration depending on the performance of tasks
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment
opportunity to study in the specialty and advanced training
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
