Responsibilities
- systematic processing, maintenance and updating of accounting data of the personnel of the unit
- creation and support of "smart" spreadsheets, databases and accounting systems for personnel information
- data consolidation, preparation of regular and operational reports, certificates and reports on personnel for submission to higher headquarters
- reconciliation and adjustment of data between the internal base of the unit and the external personnel registers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- automation and optimization of routine processes of collection and analysis of personnel information
- preparation of draft orders of the commander for the combat unit and accompanying accounting documents
- confidentiality, systematization and reliable preservation of personnel data
Requirements
- enlisted personnel (soldier, senior soldier) or readiness to enter military service
- secondary or higher education (IT, data analytics, statistics, economics, accounting and auditing or HR will be an advantage)
- confident mastery of MS Excel at an advanced level (working with "smart" and pivot tables, complex formulas: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, pivot tables (Pivot Tables)
- ability to work with large arrays of text and numeric data, identify duplicates, discrepancies and errors
- experience in data analytics, spreadsheets, personnel or operational accounting (civil or military) will be an advantage
- competent oral and written Ukrainian language, the ability to clearly and concisely structure text and numerical reports
- high level of attention to detail, analytical mind, pedantry, discipline and high speed of work in terms of deadlines
- desirable knowledge of Power Pivot, Power Query, macroses
