Responsibilities
- accounting of material resources of the service
- preparation of documents, reports and analytical materials
- interaction with other departments to ensure the efficiency of logistics processes
- control over compliance with the terms of processing and execution of documents, archiving and storage of documents in accordance with the requirements
- work with electronic databases and specialized programs
Requirements
- confident PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- skills in working with documentation
- age from 18 years
- ability to work in a team and respect deadlines
- ability to maintain confidentiality
