Responsibilities
- organization and maintenance of office work
- control over compliance with the terms of processing and execution of documents
- keeping and accounting of journals
- control over timely updating and storage of documentation
- ensuring effective and organized document flow in accordance with internal procedures
- preparation of documents for approval and signature by management
- ensuring timely and accurate execution of management orders
- verification and archiving of documents for further storage
- interaction with other departments to obtain the necessary information
- support of electronic database and archiving of documents
Requirements
- skills in working with documentation
- fluency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs
- experience in office work will be an advantage
- ability to work in a team
- fitness for military service for health reasons
- age from 18 years
- literacy and high level of knowledge of the Ukrainian language
- ability to work with office equipment and programs
- responsibility and discipline
