Responsibilities

description, standardization and optimization of internal business processes
formation of a clear distribution of responsibility between functions and teams
control of project implementation and provision of services
control of terms, SLA and fulfillment of obligations to clients and members of the cluster
coordination of PM, Ecosystem, Analytics, Tech, Legal, Security and other functions at the operational execution level
managing team load, priorities, and operating resources
organization of launching new services: process, responsible, necessary resources, deadlines and expected result
quality control of AB3.Tech operations and services
building an operational reporting system and KPI
Conduct regular operational reviews
detect bottlenecks and fix problems in interaction between teams
scaling and automation of operational processes
control over the implementation of CEO and management decisions

experience in operational management and coordination of multiple teams or functions
practical experience in building, optimizing and automating business processes
ability to manage priorities, team load, and resources, and ensure that commitments are met on time
experience in building a KPI system, operational reporting and quality control of services
the ability to coordinate the work of teams, identify responsible and bring decisions to execution

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander of the unit
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of service for candidates with the status of MFR after passing all the procedures provided for by law
financial support in accordance with the conditions of military service and the current legislation of Ukraine
