Responsibilities
- preparation of relevant accounting statements
- work with primary documentation
- ensuring compliance with the requirements of budget legislation during the adoption of budget commitments, their registration in the bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine and making payments in accordance with the commitments undertaken
- organization and provision of accounting in accordance with national regulations in the public sector, as well as other regulatory acts
- timely preparation of financial, budgetary, statistical, tax reporting on the basis of accounting data and submission of it according to its affiliation
- planning and control of budget expenditures, in particular, ensuring the rational use of funds in accordance with the current legislation
- preparation of payment instructions and settlements with suppliers and contractors
- continuous improvement of personal professional skills
Requirements
- higher education (accounting, financial or economic)
- confident use of PC and office equipment
