Responsibilities

calculation and accrual of cash security
formation of settlement and payment statements
preparation and issuance of income certificates (if necessary)
accounting of receipt, movement and write-off of military property
registration of primary documents and memorial orders
reconciliation of data between the support services and the financial department
participation in inventories and registration of their results
preparation of financial and budgetary reporting
formation, stitching and systematic preservation of accounting registers

higher or professional secondary (special) education in the following areas: "Accounting and Auditing", "Accounting", "Finance", "Accounting and Taxation", "Economics"
experience as an accountant or economist
experience in the public sector or in the system of the Defense Forces will be an advantage
confident mastery of MS Excel, MS Word, BAS / 1C and other accounting programs
understanding of the rules of budget accounting and working with material values
readiness to serve as a serviceman (mobilization or contract)
fluency in Ukrainian language
attention to detail, responsibility, integrity and discipline
ability to work with large amounts of data
communication skills, ability to work in a team and a sense of humor.

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander of the unit
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of service for candidates with the status of MFR after passing all the procedures provided for by law
cash security from UAH 50,000, depending on the task
service in the city of Kiev
