Responsibilities

providing medical assistance to the military during hostilities
support of patients, medical examinations and consultations
performing medical procedures and providing the necessary medicines
keeping medical equipment and supplies ready for use
implementation of medical control and preventive measures to maintain the health of the military
implementation of medical protocols and procedures in accordance with the requirements of military legislation
participation in training trainings and seminars for advanced training

Requirements

the post of sergeant
knowledge and ability to provide first aid in combat conditions, knowledge of protocols and rules of medical care of military units
ability to work effectively in stressful conditions
responsibility and professional approach to work
secondary special education in the field of medicine or a medical college diploma are desirable
experience of military service or possession of relevant knowledge of military organization and discipline is desirable
good physical training
desire to learn professional training

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
