Combat medic

Responsibilities

provision of emergency pre-medical care in the zone of active hostilities
evacuation of the wounded and escort to the stabilization point
conducting classes in tactical medicine
control of staffing first aid kits
improving professional skills through training in relevant centers, including abroad

age up to 45 years
no need for medical education
satisfactory physical fitness and physical/psychological condition
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions
readiness to study and work according to international standards of emergency medical care
readiness to improve skills
experience of military service as a combat medic will be an advantage
CLS level courses (CMC, CPP, Medevac) will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
service in the area of hostilities in the eastern direction
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
Accommodation is provided
three meals a day at the expense of the state
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
free treatment and financial compensation for injuries resulting from participation in hostilities
social protection and guaranteed life insurance
support at the stage of passing the RTCC and VLC, ensuring enrollment to the 24th Mechanized Brigade
