Business Analyst

Responsibilities

description and formalization of the brigade's business processes (BPMN 2.0, UML)
collection of requirements from customers (commanders, staff officers)
preparation of User Stories, process descriptions, technical tasks
participation in solution design together with implementation engineers
maintaining the relevance of documentation
work with data: formation of simple SQL-queries, analysis of database structures
moderation of working meetings with stakeholders
checking the results — whether the implementation meets the requirements

more than 1 year of experience in IT or IT projects or related military/civilian experience in IT, automation, digitalization
basic understanding of the principles of formalization of requirements
ability to prepare and maintain documentation (User Stories, process descriptions)
willingness to learn and work under mentorship
developed communication skills
attention to detail
higher education (IT, cybersecurity, automation, management, communications) is desirable
experience in the collection and documentation of requirements
Basic understanding of BPMN or UML
basic skills in working with databases (SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY)
use of Jira, Confluence or analogues
work in M365 (SharePoint, Visio)
certificates in business analysis (IIBA, BABOK), Agile
related military experience in automation, communication
