Business Analyst

Responsibilities

collection, analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
coordination of requirements between the technical team and business stakeholders
preparation of documentation for developers: API specifications, architectural requirements, technical diagrams
development of acceptance criteria for testing and verification of compliance
participation in testing the developed functionality for compliance with business requirements
development and support of the project backlog, description of user stories and acceptance criteria
prioritization of requirements together with stakeholders, taking into account business value and technical limitations

at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, of which at least 3 years - on technical projects
experience in writing technical documentation: API specifications, architecture diagrams, technical requirements
experience in complex multi-component projects involving various technical teams (development, infrastructure, DevOps, etc.)
understanding of REST and SOAP API, experience in creating or testing integration requirements
the ability to effectively collect, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
possession of tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar
experience in conducting workshops, interviews or brainstorms with stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements
