AI/LLM Engineer

Responsibilities

design and development of AI-agents and multi-stage LLM processes with tool calling, status management and error handling
integration of agents with internal services, APIs, databases and corporate sources of information
development and optimization of RAG-system: document processing, embeddings, retrieval, filtering and reraning
deployment and optimization of models with open weights in local infrastructure
testing models, inference configurations and response quality, logging setup, tracing and monitoring
participation in the development of the LLM platform, ensuring the security of agents and, if necessary, adapting models using LoRA or QLoRA

at least 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, NLP or related field
practical experience in creating and implementing LLM solutions
Strong knowledge of Python, Linux, Docker, Git, REST API and databases
understanding of Transformer models, tokenization, context window, structured output and tool calling
experience with open weight models and Hugging Face Transformers
practical experience in building RAG systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex or analogues
experience with Faiss, pgvector, Qdrant, Chroma or other vector repositories
understanding of local model serving, quantization, batching, testing and monitoring of AI systems
English at the level of reading technical documentation
experience with vLLM, TGI, SGLang or TensorRT-LLM will be an advantage
experience of fine-tuning using PEFT, LoRA or QLoRA will be an advantage
knowledge of Kubernetes, MLOps, LLM evaluation and observability will be an advantage
understanding CUDA, Triton, tensor parallelism, Flash Attention and KV cache will be an advantage
experience in isolated environments and protection against prompt injection and data leakage will be an advantage
