Responsibilities

execution of orders of commanders to comply with the laws of Ukraine and maintain military discipline
aerial reconnaissance, detection and destruction of enemy manpower and equipment
collection, analysis and timely transmission to the commander of information about enemy forces and potential threats
correction of artillery fire and work with video materials about the defeat of enemy equipment and personnel of the enemy (decryption, recording and storage)

enthusiasm for learning and professional development
ability to quickly and efficiently process large amounts of information, readiness for irregular working hours and field conditions of service
discipline, ability to listen and hear
absence of alcohol and drug addiction
experience in technology, military service, combat experience will be an advantage
skills in working with specialized software will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 25 000 to 300 000 UAH depending on the place of service
full material security and social guarantees opportunity
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
a full package of social benefits, health benefits and other types of financial assistance
the status of a participant in hostilities
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
