508 Separate Repair and Recovery Battalion

The 508th Separate Repair and Recovery Battalion was formed to support and strengthen the combat capability of the units of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that are directly involved in hostilities. The unit works with specialized vehicles, such as heavy tractors with heavy trawls-semi-trailers, engineering equipment and performs tasks of moving and evacuating damaged, military and special equipment to repair points located both in the area of execution and in the rear. The personnel of the battalion are experienced professionals who perform logistical tasks of strategic importance on a significant section of the front line.
